Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using bids.attradeprice.co.uk (“the Site”). By registering for an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Site.

1. About This Platform

bids.attradeprice.co.uk is operated by At Trade Price, a UK-based procurement and quotation service. This platform is exclusively for verified builders’ merchants, suppliers, and trade vendors to view and respond to quote requests posted by our admin team, on behalf of users of attradeprice.co.uk.

2. User Eligibility

To use this platform, you must:

  • Be a verified merchant or supplier approved by At Trade Price

  • Provide accurate business and contact information during registration

  • Agree to receive quote opportunities via email or through your account dashboard

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be fraudulent, inactive, or in breach of these terms.

3. Purpose of the Site

The Site is designed to:

  • Allow merchants to view anonymised quote requests submitted by users on attradeprice.co.uk

  • Enable merchants to submit best and final prices for listed materials or products

  • Allow At Trade Price admin to review submitted prices and decide which merchant’s offer to accept

Merchants cannot view competitors’ submitted bids. All quotes are private unless accepted.

4. No Guarantee of Sale or Acceptance

Submitting a price quote does not guarantee that your offer will be accepted or that a transaction will occur. The At Trade Price admin team or customer may choose a different merchant or no merchant at all.

5. Accuracy of Submitted Quotes

You are responsible for ensuring that all quotes submitted:

  • Accurately reflect your pricing, availability, and delivery terms

  • Are valid for a reasonable timeframe unless otherwise specified

  • Include any applicable VAT or delivery fees clearly

Misleading or inaccurate submissions may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your login details. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software used on the Site is the property of At Trade Price and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not duplicate, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other merchant accounts

  • Submit fake, intentionally inflated, or malicious price quotes

  • Scrape or harvest data from the platform

  • Reverse engineer or interfere with the platform’s operations

9. Data Protection

By using the platform, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy which outlines how we collect and process your data.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide a reliable platform, At Trade Price shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

  • Platform downtime, bugs, or technical issues

  • Decisions made by customers or admin regarding quotes

  • Any disputes between merchants and customers post-selection

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms, or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
