🔍 What is bids.attradeprice.co.uk?

bids.attradeprice.co.uk is a private bidding platform for verified merchants and suppliers to view quote requests submitted by users on attradeprice.co.uk. Merchants can submit their best and final prices for materials or products listed in each quote.

📝 How do I register as a merchant?

Registration is by invitation or manual approval only. To apply:

  1. Visit Merchant Registration (link to your registration form)

  2. Complete your business details

  3. Our team will verify your information and approve access if eligible

🔐 Who can see the quotes I submit?

Only the At Trade Price admin team can see your submitted quote. Competing merchants cannot see your prices, and you won’t see theirs. All submissions are private and confidential.

📦 What kind of quotes will I receive?

Quotes typically include:

  • A list of materials or products required

  • Delivery location (postcode or area)

  • Any notes from the customer (e.g. delivery timeframes, brand preferences)

You’ll only receive quote alerts that match your selected categories and geographical radius.

📍 How is the distance calculated?

When a quote is posted, we calculate the distance between the customer’s location and your business address. You’ll only receive alerts for quotes within your chosen radius (in miles)

📧 How will I be notified of new quotes?

You’ll receive email notifications when new quote opportunities appear within your selected radius and categories. You can also log in to your dashboard at any time to view open quote opportunities.

💷 How do I submit a price?

 

  1. Log in and view the quote details

  2. Click “Submit Price”

  3. Enter your best and final price (including any VAT or delivery if applicable)

  4. Optionally add a note (e.g. availability, delivery times)

  5. Click submit — it’s that simple

🤝 What happens after I submit a price?

Our admin team reviews all submitted prices. If your quote is chosen, you’ll be notified and connected with the buyer (if applicable). If not selected, your quote will remain on record but will not be shared or reused without permission.

📂 Can I view my quote history?

Yes. From your dashboard, go to "My Submissions" to view all past quotes you’ve submitted, along with their status.

⚠️ What if I submitted the wrong price?

If the quote deadline hasn’t passed, you can resubmit or update your price. If the deadline has passed, contact support immediately at support@attradeprice.co.uk and we’ll assist if possible.

❌ Can I delete my account?

Yes. Contact support@attradeprice.co.uk and request account deletion. Keep in mind, submitted quotes may still be retained for legal and administrative purposes.
