Materials Required:

• Kandla Grey Sandstone Slabs (Qty: 44 square metres)
  Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone paving, calibrated, 22mm nominal thickness, mixed pack (typically 600u00d7900, 600u00d7600, 600u00d7300, 300u00d7300mm). BS EN 1341 natural stone paving.
• MOT Type 1 Sub-base (Qty: 9 tonnes)
  MOT Type 1 crushed limestone or granite, graded to Specification for Highway Works Clause 803. Delivered loose.
• Sharp Sand (Grit Sand) (Qty: 3 tonnes)
  Coarse sharp/grit sand for mortar bed, clean, washed, BS EN 13139 compliant. NOT building sand.
• Cement (25kg bags) (Qty: 30 bags)
  General Purpose Portland Cement, 25kg bags, BS EN 197-1 CEM I 42.5N or CEM II.
• Ballast (20mm all-in aggregate) (Qty: 1 tonnes)
  20mm all-in ballast for concrete haunching mix. BS EN 12620 compliant.
• SBR Primer / Bonding Slurry (Qty: 20 litres)
  SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) bonding agent, e.g. Larsen SBR, Everbuild SBR or equivalent. Used diluted as a priming slurry coat applied to back of each slab immediately before laying.
• Brush-in Polymeric Jointing Compound (Qty: 7 tubs)
  Brush-in polymeric jointing compound suitable for natural stone, e.g. Rompox Easy, Azpects EASYJoint, or Marshalls Pointmaster. Coverage approximately 6mu00b2 per 15kg tub at standard joint width.
• Weed Suppressing Membrane (Qty: 44 square metres)
  Heavy-duty woven geotextile weed membrane, minimum 100gsm, e.g. Terram 1000 or equivalent. Laid over formation before sub-base.
• Edge Restraint / Paving Edging (Qty: 26 linear metres)
  Plastic or aluminium paving edge restraint, suitable for natural stone paving, e.g. EverEdge or similar. Pinned at 500mm centres.
• Edge Restraint Fixing Pins (Qty: 55 each)
  Steel fixing pins/stakes for edge restraint, 200u2013250mm length, compatible with chosen edging system.
