Materials Required:

• Porcelain Floor Tiles 600×600mm (Qty: 58 each)
  600×600×10mm rectified porcelain floor tile, R10 slip rating minimum, suitable for heavy domestic floor use. Colour/finish to client’s selection.
• Tile Backer Board 6mm (Qty: 22 sheets)
  6mm cement-fibre tile backer board, 1200×600mm sheets (e.g. Hardiebacker, Wedi, or Marmox Multiboard). Suitable for timber subfloor decoupling under large-format porcelain.
• Backer Board Screws 32mm (Qty: 2 packs)
  32mm coarse-thread self-drilling screws for cement backer board to timber subfloor, corrosion-resistant. Typically 200 per pack (e.g. Hardiebacker screws or equivalent).
• Backer Board Screws 32mm (additional pack) (Qty: 1 packs)
  As mat_3 — third pack to ensure sufficient quantity for perimeter and field fixing.
• Alkali-Resistant Fibreglass Mesh Tape (Qty: 1 rolls)
  50mm wide alkali-resistant fibreglass mesh tape for taping backer board joints prior to tiling. 20m roll minimum.
• Flexible Large-Format Tile Adhesive (Grey) (Qty: 6 bags)
  Polymer-modified flexible floor tile adhesive, grey, suitable for large-format porcelain (600×600mm+) on timber/backer board substrates. S1 or S2 classification to EN 12004. 20kg bags (e.g. BAL Rapid-Flex, Mapei Granirapid, Ardex X77 or equivalent).
• Flexible Large-Format Tile Adhesive (Grey) — extra bag (Qty: 1 bags)
  As mat_6 — additional bag to account for back-buttering consumption on large-format tiles.
• Flexible Floor Grout (Qty: 3 bags)
  Flexible, stain-resistant floor grout for 2–3mm joints, suitable for porcelain. CG2WA classification to EN 13888. 5kg bags. Colour to client’s selection (e.g. Mapei Ultracolor Plus, BAL Micromax2 or equivalent).
• Silicone Sealant — Floor Perimeter (Qty: 3 each)
  Sanitary-grade flexible silicone sealant, colour-matched to grout selection, for perimeter movement joint between tiled floor and walls/kickboards. 310ml cartridge.
• Tile Spacers 2mm (Qty: 3 packs)
  2mm plastic tile spacers, cross or T-type, suitable for 600×600mm large-format tiles. 250 per pack.
• Tile Levelling Clips and Wedges (Qty: 1 packs)
  Tile levelling system clips and wedges for large-format 600×600mm porcelain — prevents lippage during installation. Pack of 100 clips + 100 wedges (e.g. Raimondi, Rubi or equivalent).
• Tile Levelling Clips and Wedges — second pack (Qty: 1 packs)
  As mat_11 — second pack for full floor coverage at 4 clips per tile.
• PVA Bonding Agent / Primer (Qty: 1 litres)
  Diluted PVA or dedicated backer board primer to seal and key the surface of cement backer board prior to tiling. 1 litre neat (dilute 1:3 with water for priming). E.g. Bal Primer, Mapei Eco Prim or equivalent.
• Notched Trowel 10mm V-notch (Qty: 1 each)
  10mm V-notch or square-notch steel trowel for applying flexible adhesive to substrate and back-buttering 600×600mm porcelain tiles.
• Grout Float (Qty: 1 each)
  Rubber-faced grout float for working grout into joints on porcelain floor tiles.
• Chalk Line and Powder (Qty: 1 each)
  Chalk line reel with blue chalk powder for setting out tile grid lines across 20m² floor.
• Protective Floor Covering (Corrugated Cardboard / Hardboard) (Qty: 20 square metres)
  Corrugated cardboard or 3mm hardboard sheets to protect finished tiled floor from foot traffic and trades following on. Laid loose over completed tiles once adhesive has cured.
• Sponges and Buckets (Qty: 2 each)
  Large hydrophilic grout sponges for cleaning grout haze from porcelain tile surface. 2 sponges + 2 buckets.
