1. What At Trade Price Does
At Trade Price connects independent merchants with genuine customers pricing real jobs.
We reduce wasted admin by:
handling material specification guidance and calculations
standardising quote requests
filtering alerts by radius and match rules
keeping pricing private and controlled
2. What You Get (Why Merchants Use ATP)
Higher-quality enquiries (real job intent)
Less back-and-forth (clear material lines)
Private pricing (not visible to competitors)
Guaranteed payment before release
More opportunities for independent merchants
3. How Payment Works (Simple & Safe)
Customer pays At Trade Price at the point of order acceptance.
At Trade Price charges its commission to the Customer (not you).
You receive your submitted Merchant Price in full before materials are released for collection or delivery (subject only to fraud/payment verification safeguards).
Then you release materials for collection/delivery.
4. Pricing Privacy (Very Important)
Your submitted pricing is private to the requesting customer.
Other merchants do not see your pricing.
Prices are not public or indexed.
5. Your Terms & Delivery Conditions
You can upload:
Terms & Conditions
delivery conditions / lead times
returns/exclusions
These are shown to Customers as part of the quote/order journey so expectations are clear and your position is protected.
6. Alerts – How They Work
Merchants receive alerts when:
the request is within your preferred radius, and
the request matches either:
your selected categories (broad filtering), and/or
your uploaded stock list (CSV) (more accurate)
This reduces irrelevant enquiries and increases quote relevance.
7. Stock List Matching (CSV Upload)
You can upload a CSV of materials you supply.
When a new quote request arrives, the platform compares the quote material lines against your list using fuzzy matching.
This means you can receive highly relevant opportunities even where category selections are imperfect.
8. Messaging After an Order
Once an order is placed:
a messaging channel opens between you and your new customer
use it for delivery/collection coordination, access details, timing, and clarifications
The goal is to keep communication clean and reduce admin for your team.
9. Admin Reduction – “Why ATP Works”
At Trade Price aims to keep your staff workload low by:
helping customers with specs and quantities
reducing vague enquiries
filtering alerts and matching opportunities properly
providing a single messaging thread per order
10. Supporting Independent Merchants
We actively want independents to win more work by:
exposing them to larger/more varied job requests
ensuring private pricing (no race-to-the-bottom mechanics)
helping customers locate stock when struggling
